A Head Pastry Chef is sought to lead the skilful pastry team that enjoys providing a high quality selection of viennoiserie and pastries and desserts for it's distinguished and highly appreciative clientele, in a well appointed luxury venue .
Your team will prepare a wide range of pastries for the afternoon tea service, which has always proved popular.
The dessert menu for the a la carte menus meet the 2 AA rosette standards by using ingredients creatively and imaginatively whilst achieving G.P.

As well as high pastry culinary skills you will have the experience of organising and managing the team in all aspects of food service including training, H & S and day to day admin.
You will have the opportunity to design your own menu. This is an unusual opportunity to be able to work with menu freedom with the chance to introduce your own ideas for the dessert menu and afternoon teas.
