We are situated in the heart of the capital. The hotel is marketed as a luxury property that offers the ultimate in city chic. The 100 cover restaurant serves modern contemporary cuisine accompanied by a 150 person capacity conference and banqueting facility.

The Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated Head Chef who will be responsible for the running of the Kitchen and the brigade. This role involves taking responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the management of the kitchens including operating within company standards and in compliance with all Health and Safety legislation. As well as dealing with the operational side you will be able to display strong leadership abilities in recruiting, coaching and developing a successful brigade of chefs.

The Person:

To succeed in this role you will have a proven track record and strong management and organisational skills gained in a 4 or 5 star hotel. You will be able to combine financial awareness with a flair and passion for food and the ability to create and deliver the highest standards in menu offerings.
