One of the UKs leading events companies require an a creative, innovative and talented Sous Chef to join their well established team.
This role offers diversity and progression for the successful candidate enabling them to work internationally for for high profile clients and events.
Candidates will preferably have a proven background in event catering at a Sous Chef level or come from within fine dining restaurants.
You must be able to demonstrate strong organisation, communication and leadership skills, be forward thinking, creative and attentive to detail.
Candidates will be up to date on current food trends and be able to assist with menu design.
You will be catering for a range of events from plated dinners to canape receptions and buffets.
UK driving licence is desirable however not essential
