The ideal Chef de Partie will have worked in a fast paced and dedicated team within a fine dining kitchen environment, possibly a 1/2/3 AA rosette kitchen and you will definitely be a strong team player as you will be working in a brigade of 16 chefs. You will have a passion to work with good quality fresh ingredients and the motivation to work your way up the career ladder to the next level.
