We are a high quality organic bakery in Exeter and due to expansion and great success in 2009 are now looking to employ an assistant head baker with very strong artisan experience.
You will need to be HIGHLY confident in your trade and have considerable experience in artisan breads from Sour Dough through to other traditional French and continental mixes as well as having a drive and determination to succeed in your job. You will have worked in other high quality artisan bakeries either here in the UK or abroad. You will also need to have the ability to run the bakery and manage a small team when the Head Baker is off.
We are a successful, young but fast growing bakery that can offer you a highly desirable, exciting and well paid job with a bright career. We are expanding so there may be further opportunities for progression sooner rather than later.
