We are one of London's best 5 Star hotels and now have a position as a Junior Sous Chef available in our kitchen. We don't often have positions like this available due to good staff retention so now is your chance!
To be considered you WILL need to be used to working in a LARGE brigade of 20 or more chefs and perhaps currently a Sous Chef working in high quality fine dining or a strong Senior CDP with ambition and talent. You will report into 3 other Sous chefs and an Exec Head Chef in a team of 45 chefs.
If we can just mention that you will need to be a good communicator in order to be considered.
Our style is very high quality modern European which includes a small amount of banqueting. The salary is very generous and together with about £2500 - £3500 of service charge tips on top will add up to around £28,000 - £29,000 per year for a 5 day straight shift position.
With regards to progression, there is ample opportunity and you will be learning from some of the best chefs in London.
We gladly accept applications from people wanting to relocate. We will help you with regards to relocation as much as possible with temporary accommodation but this is a 'LIVE OUT' position so you will need to find your own place shortly after starting work.
