We are a successful bakery that supplies airlines, hotels, supermarkets etc with very high quality viennoiserie (morning good) products such as Pan au Chocolat, Croissants etc and due to expansion and having an excellent 2009 we are now looking to recruit an Viennoisserie manager / NPD (New Product Development Manager) for our business.
You will need to be highly experienced in producing Viennoiserie and if you have any Patisserie skills this will be an advantage but its not strictly necessary. Current NPD experience is NOTnecessary however you will need to be highly experience in the art of producing and making morning goods. You might have gained your experience in the hotel trade or in production,
We are offering a very competitive salary of £30000 to £35000 to start with and the prospects of promotion and career develpment are very good.
