BRASSERIE SOUS CHEF – SURREY – PRIVATE MEMBERS CLUB
An exciting opportunity has arisen. We are looking for a keen, motivated forward thinking, enthusiastic, sous chef to join our team, in this well established 22 bedroom up market private members club in Epsom
This private members club are looking for a sous chef to run the very busy Brasserie Restaurant that caters for up to 300 covers per day looking after a team of 8 chefs.
The Successful sous chefwill need to be innovative flexible and committed with a passion to excellent food, ingredients and service.
The sous chef will also be required to maintain and improve a high quality whilst under pressure.
The ideal sous chef must have 2-3 years previous experience working with quality Brasserie Restaurants or Gastro Pubs at a senior Level.
This position requires good communication skills and the ability to plan and organise under pressure.
