Job Description:
Experienced Chef de Partie is needed for this vast growing restaurant within a new development in Central London. As a chef de partie you will work within a team of 10 chefs, preparing and cooking for the 100 cover restaurant gaining an experience of organic produce and a predominate British menu.
Ideal position for an experienced Demi chef de partie wishing to progress and being given the opportunity to learn from a Michelin * chef. A restaurant background is preferable with at least 2-3 years experience in a fast paced restaurant environment. Hours will be flexible but the full working week will be around 45 hours and on a 7 shift rota. |
