 We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie to join a team in a 3 Rosette kitchen in the South West London area. The hotel boasts a 90 cover restaurant, private dining areas able to hold functions and a busy brasserie area, this is a busy operation looking for fine dining qualified Chef De Parties who know what it takes to succeed in a quality environment.

Due to the quality of our clients you will be required to work to the highest standards. Working with the finest ingredients you will be producing fantastic menus which require imagination and creativity and an eye for detail to construct. We are looking for Chefs with stable work experience and a good understanding of their work. An understanding and knowledge of current health and safety and COSHH laws is essential due to these positions carrying a large amount of responsibility.

A mature personality and ability to work unsupervised are characteristics the right candidate will contain. Experience of working in a high pressured environment while maintaining the required standards will be your main responsibility. You will be looking for career development and be prepared to learn to progress to a Junior Sous Chef position.

The Package

An excellent salary of around £22,000 will be offered to only the finest candidates.
