As Chef de Partie
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment
Work closely with the team to maintain and improve standards
You should be working in a similar role at the moment
Use to working to the high standards
Able to work on your own or as a team
Work unsupervised
Use to working with local produce
You should be a good all rounder and willing to work with the team to take the food
Person
Have a solid background in catering
Use to working to the high standards
Have a good understanding of COSSH and HACCAP
Should be able to demonstrate a solid work history
Have a can do attitude towards work
