Job Descriptions Reservations Manager:

As the job title suggests, the Reservations Manager is responsible for all bookings and reservations within the establishment, past and present. This position may be filled with either one person or a small team headed up by a Reservations Manager should the operation be on the larger scale.

Some of the responsibilities might include: Managing the day to day operation of reservations, developing and conducting marketing solutions and activities, control room inventory and black-out dates, track trends within the reservations history such as occupancy history and guest history data.
