We know that looking for a new job, whether it is a new chef/catering job or one of the many others covered by the hospitality industry, is a very stressful time so we have tried to make our recruitment site as easy as possible for you to use, search and apply for any of the advertised jobs online!

Who are we?
We are a dedicated, online recruitment website (job-board) for the hospitality industry. The positions posted on our site range throughout the whole hospitality industry from Head Chef through to HR managers. Please see the search facility on the home page for a full list. Our clients range from hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, corporate businesses and catering companies through to a wide range of recruitment companies dedicated to this sector.
- I've forgotten my Password or Username
Click on the Job Seekers Log-in section and then click on the Forgotten Password section, input your Username and you will be sent a new Password instantly.
- I want to delete or amend my online CV
All you have to do is login to your Account Management control panel and you can alter/delete any of your details there.
- I am having problems up-loading my CV
All we ask is that you use the CV uploading tool on the site by filling in the form provided. You can 'Copy' and 'Paste' your details in here to upload your CV. Because lots of CVs are in different formats like Open Office, PDF and Word, we make it simple by using a form where you fill in your details. This way, your CV looks neat, tidy and you can be sure that your details are presented to a potential employer in a professional way giving you a better chance of getting a response.
- I want to change/update or delete my account
This is done by logging in and going to your account control panel. All alterations to your account can be done there.
- I cant sign up using the same email twice
This is for your own security. If you have forgotten your details/login or password, go the the login section and follow the instructions and we'll email you your details.
- I have applied for a position but I have heard nothing back. Has the employer received my CV?
YES, the employer has received your CV. Sometimes it may take a few days for an employer to get back to you as they don't always reply straight away. In our opinion, we say that if you've heard nothing within a week, it is ok to call or email them if a contact number or name has been given. This is also sometimes looked upon as a good thing to do and also makes you look keen and hungry for the position.
- How will I know if an employer has responded to my application?
When making your application, the employer will be able to see your details (if you have added them to your profile) and will then either email you, call you or send you a letter in the post.
