Leisure (within the Leisure & Entertainment sector) usually means either a health club or a spa in a hotel standalone type environment. Many different positions are available for people working within these organisations from leisure club managers through to life guards, operations managers and administrators.

Some of the responsibilities included in Leisure Management positions are maximising customer satisfaction and team productivity, cost centre management, liaising with suppliers and contractors, driving brand awareness, ensuring legal compliance and best practice are maintained and sometimes overseeing food and beverage departments as well as management and training of a team of staff within the complex.
