Kitchen Manager Job Descriptions:

A Kitchen Manager plays a very important role in looking after a kitchen operation. A Kitchen Manager can also have the title ‘Head Chef’ in many cases and is responsible for some of the following: Be accountable for the kitchen brigade, stock and financials, ordering of stock, paperwork for the kitchen, training and staff guidance, quality control and making sure that all the dishes and meals are make to the correct specification.

Other responsibilities include liaising with senior management and also liaising with suppliers regularly to ensure that the best possible quality and standard of produce is being obtained.
