IT Systems Job Descriptions:

There are many different roles for people working within IT Systems in the hospitality industry from technical support people through to systems managers, onsite Managers, multi-site managers and so on. Some of the responsibilities include maintaining printers, PS’s, faxes, photocopiers, scanners, telephones and POS equipment / terminals.

Other responsibilities include looking after HR Payroll systems, email systems, accounting packages and other software that the company may be using.
