Job Description for Hotel Managers:

A Hotel Manager will need to have strong people and people management skills as this position often involves dealing with difficult and a very diverse range of issues. A Hotel Manager will usually be responsible for all managers within the operation including the Head/Executive Chef, Operations manager, F&B Manager, House Keeping Manager and receptionists

Other responsibilities will include staff management, P&L control, achievement of revenue targets, guest relations and health & safety.
